The error arises when the server is not running and HTTP request comes back with error. Please check that the correct teamserver.properties is used and that the database connection is properly setup ( if you use Derby, the path to derby db ). If you can share the setup details, parameters to unit test and VM arguments I should be able to diagnose the problem further.

When the junit tests run, they assume that the server is running in an
unsecure mode. Are you running the server out of your workspace, or
from Tomcat? When running junit tests, the best approach is to run the
server from your workspace.

The ECore model that contributes the
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/' URI space is in the
com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport plugin. Do you have that
plugin in your classpath?

If that does not solve your problem, can you post the full log relating
to that failure, and can you add the -consoleLog argument to the launch
to get extra details?

I too am having this problem. I am unsure of the exact circumstances when this error may arise. I have checked and I do have the required Jar available at runtime.

Hope you can help.

I'm also seeing this problem. For me its occurring during a call to SourceControlUtility.getWorkspace. I have the required jar on the classpath. This issue doesn't always occur. Sometimes the code executes correctly and returns the workspace. However once it fails it will never work unless I restart the process.

The exception I'm getting is:
com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.marshal.MarshallingException:
org.eclipse.emf.ecore.resource.Resource$IOWrappedException: Package with uri 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/' not found. (, 7, 56)

I have the required jar on the classpath com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport-1.0.2.I200910052001.jar.
