Is there a file browser with properties available in Eclipse client's project explorer, repository files, or other view/perspective?

When browsing the Eclipse Client's Project Explorer (a.k.a. "Resource" perspective), I can tell a lot about the files just by glancing at the icon.  Things like file-type, current scm status, etc.  But, I cannot see size, timestamp (last modified) or any of the file's attributes.  Is there a way to display this information across all files?  I would like to see a column for each of these properties, similar to Windows Explorer or ClearCase Explorer.

This same request seems applicable to the Repository Files view.
