In RTC Source control, we are getting the error project is out of sync

1. You modify files locally with an external editor and the client you use for SCM does not recognize the changes. In this case you should refresh in the client.
2. You use the same workspace on two different locations and change files in any of those, while having it loaded somewhere else. In that case the other workspase needs to be reloaded/refreshed.

If you have the latter case, I would suggest to rather create a copy of your workspace and keep bothe repo workspaces in sync using a stream.
