How do we import Release plan with WorkItems from excel into RTC WebClient? 

I see you can import xml format from MPP into RTC. And, I also saw articles on importing CSV into Eclipse Client for RTC. But, I am particularly interested about the Web Client.

I cannot find a way to do this from the web client. This Enhancement request was created to add this feature: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=170339
