How to Import Excel Plan into RTC?

How do we import Release plan with WorkItems from excel into RTC WebClient?

I see you can import xml format from MPP into RTC. And, I also saw articles on importing CSV into Eclipse Client for RTC. But, I am particularly interested about the Web Client.
