Planning issue requirements / user stories
Assuming there are a couple of requirements (themes) and user stories to do.
3 sprint teams exist, one can do 500 hours / sprint, the other lets say 300 and 300 .
Now I like to pre-estimate which of my already estimated user stories best fit into the different sprint teams. I like to use any plan in RTC that gives me the calculation automatically based on hours via the 'load' bars.
Question: How do I achieve that without creating a 'pseudo' task below each user story that has exactly the same ammount of estimated hours as the user story ?
Or how do you in your organisation handle that issue ? In my opinion it doesn't matter if you calc in story points or hours, the problem is to fill up the sprint teams.
