I encountered error as below, could anyone help? thanks in advance.

What version of Subclispe are you using?
RTC requires that you use version 1.2.4. Unfortunately, the latest version of Subclipse as of now (2008) (1.4.5 I think) has breaking API changes so it won't work with RTC.
