The Report Server is not responding
hi,
i setup the RRDI 2.0.0.1 but when i try to run any report getting the error "The Report Server is not responding". RRDI is installed on WAS 8.0.0.3 with DB2 9.7. Thanks, Qaiser |

the above problem is solved by assigning more memory to RRDI machine. but now i am getting
QFS-ERR-0141-This report service is configured as 64-bit and only supports packages published with the dynamic query mode. Application server is on Win 2008 64 bit and database machine is also 64 bit running DB2 9.7 64 bit |
You can open the IBM Cognos Configuration, click the "Local Configuration>Environment" and change the "Report Server execution mode" to "32-bit".
Comments i changed server execution mode to 32 bit and restarted the machine..and again i got report server not responding error here is pogo.log

not remember correctly, but as i mentioned above perhaps it was related to memory i assigned more memory to VM |

please attach the latest pogo.log and cogserver.log files under the [RRDI installation path]\cognos\logs folder. What is your installed operation system environment?
