How to reinstall SmartCloud automation scripts to another IWD ?

Suppose I have two IWD (or SCP), one is pre-production (A) and the other is test environment (B).  I have setup SCD Library server in A env. using SCD installation.  As a result, A env has automation scripts installed on IWD, such as "SmartCloud Shell Automation".   I want to reuse this library server in A for test environment B to deploy application. However, test environment B does not have automation scripts.

Question is
   - Download the automation scripts from A, and then install into B environment just work ?
