How to get the team level permissions to work fdor custome work item types

Hi,

In context to defect https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/237389,

I have a custom work item type which does not have the "Filed Against" field.Hence the team level permisiions to create and save this work item do not work. How can I Make them work ?

You can just remove "Filed Against" field from the precondition Required Properties of Save Work Item operation for your custom work item type. The steps are as following:

In RTC rich client, open the project area and switch to Process Configuration tab, open Operation Behavior under Team Configuration in the left table.
In the right table, find the operation Save Work Item, and open its preconditions. In its Preconditions section, click on Required Properties to open the required fields list.
Remove "Filed Against" field from the list for your custom work item type.

The "Filed Against" property is not ticked for this workitem type as its not present on the workitem.
