edit list mentioned in Attribute type - Team Area List

Hi All,

When I add new attribute with type as 'team area list' it shows me all parent and child teams in selection window.
I want to display only Parent teams. How do I do that?

Is there way to add button in work item type with our own list of data? How to do that.
