Error, it may be an issue with the path when trying to use the client, and he has tried modifying the config.ini file (tried both /rm and /scr).

@ravchhut: Is there any more information you can provide? For example, what version DNG, what client and version of client, the full error, logs, and whatever else may be useful.

The client is using IE9 v 9.0.8112.16421 and DOORS v 4.0.1 M2.  Again, the DOORS error is:
