Owner and severity on e-mail notification
Hello,
we have a client who use RTC 3.0.1 and need to have in the Email Notification the Fields Owner and Severity ALLWAYS occuring (irrespective of the state change). As I know these fields and few others occurs (based on the Email configuration of the User) only when their state changes. Is there any way to have them nevertheless in the email header? there is no way to customize email contents in 3.x..
In 4.0 the mail content has been externalized so you could update the template to your requirements.. |
