INSIGHT:RTC_WorkitemStateHistory3 ETL Job Freezing Problem

Hi,
I started OOTBE2E job for first data collection but it frozen on the RTC_WorkitemStateHistory3 fact build.
I try to run sql query in this build, and it also frozen.

I have found the following message in data manager log;
