Create Process Template error

Karen Witt (1654) | asked Sep 30 '08, 3:07 p.m.
We are trying to create a process template by right-clicking our project area (we've customized the template) and selecting "Create Process Template". We are getting the following error:

Problem occurred fetching process templates: CRJAZ0106I The request for URL "/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.process.internal.common.service.IProcessDefinitionTranslationService" was denied with a Not Available

We are finding that we cannot currently create a new project area, at the moment, either, because the list of project templates never loads. The window shows "Loading the list of available process templates from the repository" and never continues.

We have tried stopping and starting the jazz server and that did not fix the problem.
Any suggestions?

I talked to Karen about this yesterday and this problem was caused by a
bad download. She somehow ended up with a post-1.0.1M2 integration build
instead of the milestone build. This particular integration build had a
backwards-compatibility bug against 1.0 servers.

Thanks, Jared! After downloading 1.0.1 M2 again and reinstalling, both problems went away.
