What could cause tool-tip of conflict not showing?
RTC301 used
In Eclipse client, we can see tool-tip description when hovering over some files. For example
[Presentation] in this article https://jazz.net/library/article/39 suggests there is tool-tip for conflict which could provide some clues on the resolution.
When I hover over the conflict, tool-tip does not appear.
What could cause the tool-tip not visible?
