How to add external link in description box through RTC-SDK

Hi,
I want to add external link with name ( as provided on ui ) to RTc defect description field. How can we do the same through RTC-SDK ?

Have you tried to read the description field of a work item that has such links in it using the API and analyzed the content?
Comments Yes I tried to read the same and which gives me plain text for description and in case of custom fields it gives me html string but If I try to write the same , it shows html as string as it is. |
