How can I create a query, then share it.

RTC 3.01.  I've created a few queries that now appear in "My Queries".  How can I share these queries with other team members in the same project area so that we are all running the same query?

When you create a new query, you should see a Details tab with options for sharing the query. You can specify a project area, individuals, or team areas.

Thank you! I never looked on that tab before.

Yes, the gesture for sharing a work item query is far from obvious. Every now and then I forget how to do it, and it takes me a lot of searching to find it again. Comment in work item 195122 if you think it should be easier to find.

Also, if you want to make your personal query from 'My Queries'  appear in the 'Shared Queries - Predefined' Menu -->
Go to 'Project Area - Process Configuration - Project Configuration - Configuration Data - Work Items - Predefined Queries',
and just add your personal query (in 'My Queries' ) to the List there.
