Unable to connect to Bugzilla to use Bugzilla work item import

We are urgently trying to get one of our components out of Bugzilla  but we are having issues with the Bugzilla import.   I went through your article (https://jazz.net/library/article/69) but I can't even get it to connect to my bugzilla system.

I can login properly from the url: https://myserver.com/bugzilla/
and can run queries (just to provide I am logged in properly).

When I try to import from RTC (I am using 3.0.1.1 Eclipse client), I can't even get it to connect/login.

On the Import Bugzilla Bug Reports wizard, I have selected "Server requires authentication" and Use Basic HTTP Authentication.

I get:
An error occured during import of work items.
Press 'Details' to get more information on the errors.

Reason:
Bug 1573: Unexpected content, please check Bugzilla URL and authentication.

I looked in the Eclipse log and it gives nothing more than this also in the Eclipse log.

There was a bug in RTC that I got fixed and have received a hotfix for it:
