Why can I no longer access my RM artifacts for a particular RM project space?
Hi,
I can no longer access artifacts from 1 (of 4) RM project spaces on a CLM instance. The symptoms are as follows:
Please advise on how to correct this anomaly. I do not wish to have to manually create all of the requirements again. |

I have found what I believe to be the root cause of the symptoms..........for some reason the artifact data types are duplicated.......i.e. there are two of each type and I think the system does not know which data type to associate with each artifact type

I would suggest contacting support if the types are truly duplicated in the type system. The solution will vary depending on the current state of your repository. |
