TypeError: comment.creator is undefined

I am getting the following error in Rational Team Concert 1.0:

TypeError: comment.creator is undefined

Does anyone why this is occurring and how to work around it. It happens only when I attach a file in the web UI. It does not happen on the eclipse RTC. I use a custom process template so I do not know if this causing the problem or not. I have other custom templates that do not cause this problem.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Some more detail:

There are no errors in the jazz.log or the tomcat logs whatsoever. Appears to be some javascript issue on the surface.

I have opened defect 61227 (https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/61227) to track this.

I worked with Dino on this... the problem occurs when the Discussion part is added to the presentation and associated with the Comments attribute.

The discussion attribute should be associated with no attribute ("None").
