Rational Insight ETL jobs

Hi, All

I have a question about ETL jobs in Rational Insight.
How could (if this possible) destroy correctly hanging on session of ETL jobs in Rational Insight.
I started to run ETL jobs for the first time I've got some error. But the next time I saw that jobs are running but some of them are in execution mode. So when I try stopped I've got error message
" Failed to connect to Data Manager Network Services on server "localhost"
To stop execution Data Manager Network Services must be installed and running on server."

So I would to know how correct stopped the servieces. Is there impact hanging session on the following starting ETL jobs.

Which version of Insight? And what's the OS?
Have you ever execute ETL successfully once?
How do you execute it? By data movement task, Data Manager Client or by script?
Would restart machine help to solve the issue?

Version Insight 1.1, OS Windows 2008 R2. I launched the ETL jobs several times through Data Manager Client, but i got different errors every time. I tried run jobs from web(data movent task), but state this job "Execution" three days. I restarted server but state of these jobs "Execution".
