Other than software engineering

I'm unsure whether this poll will be flying. Those who use RTC for
different purposes are likely not the most keen news group readers.

Anyway, here are two examples I'm aware of:
- RTC used as a CRM tool
- RTC used as a customer event tracking and management tool

We have used Jazz to drive a 6-month internship :

As my internship is now finish I can say that RTC really helped me to deliver my internship report and other document in time without stress.
