What is CLM in RTC server?

We do have some plug ins for automation of process flow of Wort tickets. I modified one of it and copied to RTC server. after that manage life cycle project option is not showing in CCM admin web console and automation is aslo not working properly.

Is the Manage Life Cycle Project is linked to process folw of Work tickets?

is this happening because my code changes?

Please let eme know any thing on this

Can you back out your changes and see if things return to normal? Assuming no one else was also making changes that could have affected this, that is the quickest way to determine if your changes caused the issue. Can you be more specific about which plugin(s) you modified?
