What would I call in an Operation Advisor/Participant that is the server-side equivalent of IWorkspaceConnection.changeSetsInHistory()?

I fumbled around using guesswork and a pointy stick, and came up with the apparent answer:

com.ibm.team.scm.common.IScmService.changeSetsInWorkspace();
