There are parameters in the Advanced server properties of JTS. I am not sure, but tinkering with the timeouts to have more licenses available then purchased is likely to violate the license statement.
there is an option of changing the timeout of expiration but if I want to do it on apecific users?
You can not change the expiration on a user, as far as I know. I don't know if you can force logout a user.
