Hi All,
The below error is logged in ccm log:

2012-05-22 13:49:21,530 WARN ory.servlet.internal.ModelledRestServiceMethodInfo - CRJAZ1177I Unable to find matching method for $Proxy842, GET, getResultSet

What is the related problem?

Hello All, I am at a customer with over 10,000 users and we have this error across all our CCMs and all of the Widgets are very intermittently displaying this error, We opened a Sev 1 PMR hoping to get some answers, Restarting CCMs and JTS has helped restore health of the system back to order but Restarting is not a permanent solution and so would like to know more about what can be done to resolve this issue.

I think you should wait for support to deal with your PMR. I am not sure if the forum can help you with this matter.
