How to display a cognos report on RTC 6.0

In RTC 6.0, the previous "Custom Report" widget was removed. So how can I display a cognos report on RTC 6.0 dashboard? Thanks!

As for me the "Custom Report" widget was removed only if you activate the configuration management.
Without this activation, you can go on using your report done with  cognos.

What is meant by "only if you activate the configuration management"  What is that and how is it activated and de-activated?
