Can RTC integrate with MS Office and Lotus Notes?

Laurence Cheung (111) | asked May 17 '12, 3:05 p.m.
RTC and RAD or Visual Studio had tight integration that source code can be linked with work items and delivered easily.

However, our emails in Lotus Notes and MS Office documents must explictly copy and paste or upload to RTC. They are the most often project assets that we need to make the traceability but they always require extra effort to maintain.

Any roadmap that RTC could make plug-in to integrate RTC to Lotus Notes or MS Office?

There is no native integration for email, but there is mention in this thread of an integration done by an IBM Partner: https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=11670

For the MS Office documents, the new-to-4.0 Windows Explorer Shell integration might help: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/milestones/4.0M7?p=news#rtc-shell-M7
