A stream can be owned by Team Area or Project area.

if a stream is owned by Team Area ( which permission will override like who can deliver will be based on settings in project area permissions or team area permission )

which of the permissions gets override.

also what if a stream is owned by a child team area in this case which one overrides project area / parent team area / child team area

Thanks
Sagar

The permissions for a stream are determined from the owning team or project area. If the team area overrides the permissions, those are used. If not, then the permissions from the parent team or project area are inherited.

All the gory details of how the various factors (roles, timelines, and team areas) interact are captured in this article: https://jazz.net/library/article/291
