Possible to rollup child actuals as a column in a query?

I have a work item type (let's call it "A") that rollups estimates and actuals from child work items.
And "A" has a progress bar as well included in the editor. This is the built-in progress which is calculate as Progress = Work Hours Done / Total Estimated Hours.

Is it possible to create a query for all work item types "A", and include a column to summarize that progress from the children? We need both the Works Hours Done column and the Total Estimate Hours column in our query so that we can export these values out to a .csv format.

Note that the Work Hours Done and Total Estimate Hours are not available in the Query Editor.
