prevent copying or lost team assets

I need to prevent copying or lost team assets (through flash memory, with email,...) in addition to access control on the client side. Is it possible to do with the IBM Asset Manager?
Do I need accessories or other tools?
Is it possible a cryptography of assets (source code,models,...) that can only available and accessible using the key (private key) for special developer?

Hi,

I don't see how it would physically possible to prevent that. If the asset can be browsed and downloaded then the user can do whatever they wish with it. All they need to do is download it and then it is out of RAM control. There is no way to protect it once it leaves RAM.

You can control who can browse and download it to only those users you can trust.

Hi,

What plugin? I said "It is impossible to control an asset's contents once it is downloaded. It is outside of RAM at that point" There is no plugin to control that.

As to controlling who can download an asset, that is just standard Roles in the community. That is controlled by your community and repository admins. There is no plugin for that.
