Trigger reminders/notifications on "Planned End Date&qu

Hi

Is there a way in RTC V3.0 to trigger reminders/notifications on Planned End Date. An email need to be triggered 2 days before the date mentioned in Planned End Date and this will act as a reminder for the owner of the particular Work Item. Any kind of Attribute customization works?

Hi Gayatri,
I am not aware of triggering mails through javascript in attribute customizations - calculated value. But you can create a custom plugin - to run as a scheduled job - and trigger custom mails using IMailerService to the owner of the item.
I haven't tried the job functionality - but have heard that it has to be done via activator code.
