The above item is in state resolved. Please can you tell me which version this feature has been planned for (in which version it will be available)?

Note that "resolved" does not mean "completed" ... it just means that no activity is being performed on this work item. In particular, a work item that is resolved as "duplicate" just means that no work is being performed on the duplicate, and you have to go to the work item of which it is a duplicate to see what is happening. So when you go to 139728, you will see that it is not being worked on (state is still "New"), and has no Planned-For property. So you will want to add a comment indicating your interest/support.
