Errors submitting assets using RAM Java API

We have a Java batch program that runs every other night and loads RAM assets into one of our RAM servers. The program searches RAM for every asset in RAM to make sure the asset doesn't exist in RAM before creating it in RAM. We are seeing 2 errors every time the program runs. Sometimes the error we see on server is

The other error is also a RAM Exception, something about the indexer currently updating, try the search again. So the Java code cannot search RAM while the indexer is running? We tried changing the RAM configuration by changing the indexer to run every 10 mins instead of the default 1 min and we still see this issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated. If more details are needed I would be glad to provide those. Thanks,

Do you get the same error if submitting an asset through the Web?

As for the second exception, can you please post the exact message string?

We can submit the assets through the web fine without any problem.

Hi,

You need to look at the host server's ramdebug.log for that time to see the actual reason for the exception. What get's sent to the ram client is a generic message.

The error log I copied to the post is from the ramdebug.log file on the server at the time the error happened. So it doesn't give you enough info to tell what exactly is the problem? I can look through the log file again and send you the error log again and make sure I included everything. Is there a way to attach files on the forum? Would be easier to attach the log file rather than copying and pasting. Thanks,

Then there should of been another log message (or stack trace) just before this one. It logs the real error and then generates a generic message that it returns.

We haven't seen this error the past few weeks and have seen it again this morning. Here's the stack trace on the server side. Looks like some memory issue on the server side but not exactly sure how to resolve this. Any ideas?

Hi,

The indexer busy is a generic message. The real problem was there wasn't enough memory to complete the request. So you should increase the heap size of your server's Java VM.
