Cannot upload server activation key - CRJAZ0955I

After downloading the RTC 1.0 Standard Server Trial zip from jazz.net ( I had to use this because I'm installing on Linux PPC and the download from IBM-XL doesn't support this), as an IBM internal I downloaded the Team Server Activation kit from IBM-XL to obtain the permanent license. Using the jazz/admin UI license management function I tried to upload this activation kit jar and received this error after it uploaded.
There was a problem communicating with the server(: CRJAZ0955I The license file "https://jazz01.raleigh.ibm.com:9443/jaz/web/dojo/dojo.js?pageid=com.ibm.team.repository.web.admin&ver=376928001&locale=en_US" failed to be read).
My Server license is still only good for 60 days.
Is this another Linux on PPC issue or have I missed a setup step?
Thanks

This is not a PPC issue, and we have occasionally seen this before. If
I remember correctly, it was an issue with the browser cache. Could you
try emptying the browser cache and reload the page before uploading the
new server license?

I cleared the cache in Firefox 2.0 and got the same error. I then tried IE 7.0, after clearing it's cache, and it also failed, but the message was
Error uploading Server Activation Key: The server is not responding; it may be unavailable.

Other than using a trial license, is your server configured without
problems? If you go to the https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin page, are
there any reported errors?

I talked to thloeber directly and looked more closely at his machine.
It turns out that he was running a 1.6 SR1 VM on the PPC machine, and
there was a class VerifyError when loading some of the .class files. He
is going to switch to the 1.5 SR8 VM to get in line with the support VM
version and try again.

Install J2RE 1.5.0 IBM Linux build pxp64dev-20080710 (SR8) fixed this problem.
Thanks for your help.
