Retrieving change-sets from delivery event handler

Hi,
I'm trying to retrieve the change-sets delivered to a stream using an event handler extension (of the com.ibm.team.scm.eventCategory.delivery class). I have this problem: event.getItem() method returns only one change-set.

How can I retrieve all the change-set involved on the same event?
