Meta data corruption when changing computers locale
Steps to reproduce the error
1. load a rtc workspace
2. change the computer locale from english to turkish
3. stop/restart RTC gui 2.0.0.2 IFIX8
4. look at pending changes, some existing files are mark being new files
To fix the problem you have to repair the meta data
Has anybody else seen this problem?
