how can I get a "Jazz Foundation" bug looked at

I have opened a bug that wound its way to "Jazz Foundation". Its a really bad bug IMO - my server side plugin (a process participant and an async task) gets only half loaded until you visit the web UI.

What are my options here? How can I get this defect at least looked at? I'm really perplexed that something like this has languished in triage limbo for six months - not even so much as tagged "yeup we're broken".

and u have 'Activate this plugin when one of its classes is loaded' enabled as part of the plugin.xml..

I see my plugins load when the first server function is invoked.., including logon from an eclipse client, which may be later than immediately after server activation.
