Hi
Currently we are using the RTC Eclipse client 2.0.0.2ifix7a.

Question:

As like the E-mail attachment is there any possibility to customize the workitem by adding more than one attachment fields and where separate images can be added to the attachment.

When we tried customizing in process configuration we got two attachment field for the workitem but when we added the file to the attachment it reflects in other the attachment field also.

Hi,

as far as I am aware, there is not specific external attribute type for attachments. This is implemented as a collection internally. So I think you can not create a new attribute and presentation for it. That is the reason why you would, if you duplicated the presentation see the same attachments in each presentation.
