RTC 3.0.1 on Windows XP experienced "Delayed Write Fail
I received several of the following while my RTC instance was up and running. Nothing was actively connected to the RTC instance.

I rebooted my workstation and upon restarting the Jazz Team Server I get the following regardless of what URL I specify.
HTTP Status 404 - /jts/admin
type Status report
message /jts/admin
description The requested resource (/jts/admin) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.30
I have been working in this installation for several weeks now without issue.
Any help on how to recover my work would be greatly appreciated.
