Report code changes made to a release or fixpack?

Is there a handy report tool to query and find out code changes made to a specific release or fixpack?

Or one has to dig out from stream and component and changeset history data?

You can compare streams, workspaces, snapshots and baselines with streams, workspaces, snapshots and baselines or streams and to get the differences in the UI.
You should be able to use the scm commandline tool too https://jazz.net/library/article/620/ .

Is there a way to query changeset and generate a report using RTC report tool like we handle work items?
