How to change other workitem status based on previous work item status by automatically ? Do we any api in RTC for this ?
If " A" work item status is "Completed ", then "B" work item status should be changed to "In-Progress " by automatically .
How we can achive this logic in RTC ? Do we need plug-in ? If yes , what are all api avilable in RTC ?
Kindly suggest me .
