Can I change the Public URL after configuration?

Qiao Meng (1644) | asked Feb 28 '12, 8:11 p.m.
At first I configured it as "localhost", but it's in a server, so I want to change it into the server IP.
Is that possible? and how to do that?
Thank you guys.
