Team Capacity Reports in RTC 3.0.1.2

Hi Team,
Currently the Team Capacity Reports seems to be provided with RTC 4.0,.6 version. Is there any way we can import the same into our set up which is on Version 3.0.1.2.
If not, are there any other similar reports available for getting the team capacity?

The team capacity reports should be available in 3.0.1.2. Just need to deploy those as they do not get deployed by default.
