I see a package called 'Jazz Ajax Framework - Source' at
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/1.0?p=allDownloads.
I haven't downloaded it, but I'd guess that's what you are looking for

Well... that contains the .class files but not the java source

I just downloaded the source for Jazz Ajax Framework and it had the
source included =). There are two sections at the bottom of that page,
one labeled 'Incubators' and the other labled 'Source code' I
downloaded the 'Jazz Ajax Framework - Source' from the 'Source code'
section and it had everything I expected.
