Making a list of mail ID as default subscribers.

Hi All,
We were using CMVC for a long long time and just started using RTC.

To have the things same as that of CMVC, have created a new work Item Type.
(this new work item type is to track the customer reported problems (PMR) )

But unable to do the following -

1.) Depending on the product type the default Owner and the Backup Owner of the defect should be assigned. (Backup Owner is the field added in our customized)

2.) Depending on the Severity of the work Iteam a list of IDs should be added as that of default Subscribers. (eg. if the Severity 1 and customer critical then, Level2 and Level3 service manager should be added in the list.)

3.) Owner, Back-up Owner and the all the people in the subscriber list should receive Notification for all the update.

Please let me know if you have any quick pointers or help. If it can't be done through RTC we might go back to CMVC.
