I'm using RTC 4.0 M5a version.

I'd like to know 2 things.

1) I want to change build notification time interval.
I found 1 article that explains how to change build notification time interval.

However I can't find 'com.ibm.team.build.internal.service.notification.BuildNotificationTask' value in jts admin page.

Where can I find it?

2) There are 2 places that I can set email notification.
One is in process configuration>configuration data>build>email notification and the other is in build definition>email notification.

Is configuration in process configuration for all builds and on in build definition is for specific build definition?
