Adding help text to the RTC User Interface

In order to help our users understand some of the guidelines for usage or definitions for various enumerations we were hoping there was a way to add some help text to the interface.
Can this be done by help text pop up on mouse overs? Or by adding clickable help icons next to the attributes?

I am also very interested in this, have tried to use the description field for in the attributes presentations setting dialog. However it does not work.. Nothing pops up when hovering over the label RTC 3.0.1

I want to be able to hover over the attribute label and get a description on that field pop up.
