But when I try to access that url: https://jazz.net/sandbox02-qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resource
s/sherrietang%27s+Project+%28Quality+Management%29/testcase/urn:com.ibm.rqm:testcase:165 directly, it works.

Thanks Paul! Good to know that the utility does not work with URL without port number. For now I just give up testing on jazz.net/sandbox02 and switch to our production box, which does have port number 9443 setup.

I ran:

java -jar RQMUrlUtility.jar -command GET -user username -password mypassword -filepath "C:\Documents and Settings\test.xml" -url https://host:9443/jazz/secure/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/CADE2AD_CLM_Sandbox-QM/testcase/urn:com.ibm.rqm:testcase:13189

I got the following errors:

I do see the test.xml file being created, but it does not have any info about the test case. As you can see, I did not specify -context. What should be the -context in my case? When I access the -url value from my browser, it did bring me to RQM test case 13189.

Sounds like an issue with your credentials.

Note, the -context is not required since you specify it in the URL.

I would suggest using Poster (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMUsingPoster) to GET the resource with the following header:

Accept: application/xml
