[closed] ProductBacklog results in error "TypeError: _e is undef
Hello together,
we have a strange error in the webbrowser. After creating a copy from a view of a ProductBacklog changing this copy and saving this copy we are not able to get a view for the ProductBacklog in any browser. Hi,
Today we have fixed this problem. What was the problem? There where "invalid plan modes" inside the process configuration. Deleting them fixed the problem. How did we do it? - Opening the "Project Area" in Eclipse by right clicking it and choosing "open". - choose "Process Configuration" - expand "Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Planning" and open Plan Modes (unconfigured) - mark "Invalid Plan Modes" and click on delete - click on save Make sure to have the right "modify plans" in default mode this right is granted to the role "Team Member" Greetings, Simon Geoffrey Clemm selected this answer as the correct answer

I have looked into the work items briefly and couldn't find anything.
Some important questions also for a work item would be: Does this always happen or only this one time with this plan? Always with this plan? always with all plans? Did you try to delete the view? Did it happen with a supported web browser? Last time I checked Chrome was not supported. Can you provide the version of the browser that this happened with?
I would suggest if it is a blocking work item with no work around (happens always with all ) you open a work item https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWelcome or a PMR.

yes, this is happening all the time.
I tested it with supported browsers IE 8 and FF 3.6 ... also with FF 6 and some other browsers.
The copied view was deleted. The original view is still needed and this is why this error has to be solved.

I recommend adding "?debug=true" to the URL in your address bar on the page where this happens (add it after the path and before the hash #). This will cause the error message to have uncompressed variable names and correct line numbers, which will help when searching for or reporting defects.
